What Registration Actually Means
Podiatry is a regulated health profession. To use the title "podiatrist" in Australia a practitioner must hold current general registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia, administered through AHPRA. Registration requires an approved qualification, is renewed annually, and carries mandatory continuing professional development and recency of practice requirements.
The register is public, and we would encourage you to use it — for us or for anyone else you are considering. Searching a practitioner's name or registration number shows their registration type, whether it is current, and any conditions, undertakings or reprimands recorded against it.
It is also why you will not find patient testimonials anywhere on this site. Section 133 of the National Law prohibits using testimonials to advertise a regulated health service, so our Google reviews stay on our Google listing, where they belong.
