Established in 2005, The Foot & Ankle Specialists have been providing our local communities with world-class podiatry and orthotic services. No matter what the condition of your feet or ankles, we will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your needs.

Michael – Senior Podiatrist, Business Owner. B.Hlth.Sci Podiatry, Bsc (Anatomy), M.A.Pod.A
Michael involves himself in both the general aspects of Podiatry, such as nail and foot care, however, his main interest is in the area of sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, and surgical rehabilitation. Michael has had great success in treating some common upper body ailments such as lower back pain, hip, and neck pain simply through some basic exercise routines and foot realignment.
When Michael isn’t at work, he spends time with his wife and 5 children. All of whom are very active in the sporting community. Michael is a keen triathlete, running, cycling and swimming any chance he gets.
Aimee – Senior Podiatrist. B.Hlth.Sci Podiatry (Hons1), M.A.Pod.A
Aimee has a passion for helping keep people on their feet and pain free. She joined The Foot and Ankle Specialists team after graduating with 1 st Class Honours from Queensland University of Technology. Aimee became interested in podiatry after growing up as a ballet dancer and experiencing her own injuries. As such, she has a particular interest in managing sporting and other chronic lower limb injuries. Outside of work, Aimee enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing pilates and going to the football (AFL).
Candiece - Practice Manager
Candiece has over 11 years in Business Management and has a Diploma in Business Management, & Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Candiece brings to our business her passion for ensuring all our patients receive the best possible care and after care services. Candiece is responsible for making sure all the behind the scenes running of our business gets done efficiently. Candiece is married to an ex-Royal Australian Navy serviceman and spent 15 years following him around Australia and some places of the world. She has 2 children who are passionate about Hockey and any other sports their times allows. In her spare time, Candiece likes to be near the water and soaking up the sunshine or spending quality time with happy people!
Claire – Receptionist
Claire is often the first smiling face you see walking into the practice, keeping things running as smoothly as possible from the front end by managing appointments, incoming referrals and general enquiries. Claire is a superstar at patient services and knows our appointment book like the back of her hand! Claire hopes to soon return to study soon to become a teacher. In her spare time Claire enjoys staying fit, singing at every chance she gets, and being a social butterfly out and about with her family and friends. Having grown up as the oldest of four children and the oldest of 24 grandchildren on both sides of her family, she is well accustomed to kids of all ages and is very family orientated.
