Bulk Billing

Our practice does not provide bulk-billing except in the following circumstances:

• DVA Patients with current Doctors referral (D904)

• Patients referred under the EPC Program - no gap payment required, unless home visit $15 gap

Payment Methods

Payment for all services is required at the time of your consultation. We accept cash, personal cheque, Mastercard or Visa. EFTPOS is also available.

Health Fund Rebates

This serviceis available to members of participating health funds.

EPC Program

Patients referred to our practice under the EPC Program are required to provide an EPC Referral Form from their General Practitioner as well as their Medicare Card at their consultation.

Quotes

Written quotes are available outlining fees associated with any treatment plans, as required (eg. orthotics & surgery).
